About Me

Now where shall I start? I am a housewife, mother of two an ardent believer in anything The Daily Mail prints and my motto is; 'There's nothing better than a crisply starched pair of net curtains.' If you would like to contact me I would be delighted if you filled in the thingy that Cedric has added to the bottom of the page.

Monday October 18th

And now another edition of our long-running serial Mrs Winton’s diary. Mrs Winton is forced to leave Cedric behind and her Spanish holiday ends in disaster – in today’s episode – ‘Flying Tonight’

Dear Diary
My Spanish holiday is over – things went from bad to worse at the airport. Cedric went to pay a call of nature and there was a mis-understanding in the toilet and a row ensued between him and a young Spanish gentleman. The Gardia Civil were called and wanted to fine Cedric 300 Euros in cash – I’m afraid Cedric called them ‘a bunch of donkey dropping shovelling Spaniards – ignorant, stupid with bad breath’
I flew out alone – Cedric will be in custody until the morning – when they will fine him one thousand Euros in cash. Oh dear I think I’ll stay at home next year. Goodnight dear diary
